The two boys who threw a kitten from the bridge in Lanusei have been identified and reported to the Cagliari juvenile prosecutor's office and posted the video on social media, which has gone viral, sparking indignation.

They are a 14 year old boy and a 17 year old girl . The two were identified from the video: they are the young man holding the small black cat and the girl encouraging him to throw it.

The two were summoned together with their parents to the offices of the Forestry Corps, where they were notified of the complaint . Foresters are working to identify the other people who appear in the video, starting with the person who shot the video.

A gesture that Giovanni Monaci, director of the Lanusei Forestry Corps Inspectorate, defines as "worrying" .

«They are kids – he explains – who perform certain gestures out of boredom or mockery and for the same reasons can enjoy setting fires , which has happened in other parts of the island. Civic education and attention to universal values are somewhat lacking, on this front we should act for a more attentive education for the very young."
