According to the Tempio Prosecutor's Office, she was raped twice when she was 16, by a man who had contacted her with messages on Facebook. Raped after being tied up, threatened and forced into sexual intercourse.
A little girl from La Maddalena is the victim of abuse and violence that allegedly occurred on the island at the end of 2018. Today the prosecutor Alessandro Bosco asked for 8 years in prison for the alleged rapist. The trial is underway in Tempio, with the abbreviated rite, before the preliminary hearing judge Alessandro Cossu.
The victim, according to the Prosecutor's Office, was also being treated for a mental illness. The alleged perpetrator of the violence, a 50-year-old from Sassari, defended by the lawyer Patrizia Marcori, denies the accusations.
The raped girl, now an adult, is a civil party in the trial assisted by the lawyer Emanuela Provenzano. The sentence is scheduled for April 11th.
