La Caletta, robbery in the supermarket: he points the gun at the cashier and asks for the money

Armed robbery this afternoon at the Sisa supermarket in via Nazario Sauro, in La Caletta .

A lone robber, armed and with a distorted face , broke into the shop and immediately pointed the gun at the cashier and had the money in the till handed over (around 100 euros) before running away on foot .

Officers from the Siniscola police station are on site, investigating and hunting for the robber. Checks are underway throughout the area.
