The dialogue started in October 2024 to address the serious staff shortage in the judicial offices of Nuoro and Lanusei ended with the signing of an agreement between the Sardinia Region and the Ministry of Justice.
"With this initiative - says the Councilor for General Affairs, Personnel and Reform of the Sardinia Region, Mariaelena Motzo - we want to address two needs: to guarantee the correct functioning of the Unep (Single Office for Notifications of Enforcements and Protests), the courts and the prosecutors, and to encourage the hiring of new resources from the territory, generating a positive social impact".
To respond to the problem, the Department of General Affairs and Personnel has proposed making available the rankings of the Region system, in particular those of the Laore agency, to allow the scrolling of the same and the hiring of the necessary personnel.
Thanks to this solution, the required professional figures – administrative staff of category D and C, drivers, and personnel of category B – could be immediately found and assigned to the judicial offices, including the Public Prosecutor's Office, the Courts and the Unep. The proposal was welcomed by the representatives of the ministerial offices, who committed to defining the details of an agreement with the Sardinia Region to start hiring.
The Ministry of Justice formalized the request to use the regional rankings on October 18, 2024, communicating to the Laore Agency the need for 21 administrative instructors, category C, level C1. Subsequently, on December 23, the Laore Agency, at the invitation of the Department of General Affairs and Personnel, signed the agreement between the Region and the Ministry, which allows for the scrolling of the rankings and the hiring of personnel with full-time, fixed-term or permanent contracts, based on the operational needs of the various judicial offices.
