The funeral of Marika Anna Soru, the 16-year-old girl who died due to a sudden illness , will take place tomorrow, Friday 26 January, in the church of the Holy Spirit. It happened while he was in his home, in via Alfieri in Porto Torres, on the evening of Friday 19 January.

An event that shook an entire community. Many will gather to bid farewell to the young woman in the parish, where the holy mass will be celebrated at 3.30 pm. The deputy prosecutor Paolo Piras, in charge of the investigation, had ordered medical-legal investigations to find out the causes of death, as expected when it comes to such a premature death. Once the autopsy was carried out, the body was returned to the family for a final farewell.

What remains are the affectionate memories of those who knew her, the love of friends and family, of her schoolmates. Marika was in her third year at the Sassari Hotel Institute where, in recent days, the students wanted to launch white balloons so as not to forget her smile, her friendliness and helpfulness that many remember.
