It is the mayor of Olbia Settimo Nizzi who decides it and issues a prohibition order, who for the traditional event which will culminate live with the performance of numerous artists, has decided to contain possible negative phenomena, such as the uncontrolled deposit on the ground of bottles and glass containers which can constitute both a danger to public safety, but also damage to the environment.
The ordinance provides that within the Fausto Noce urban park and within a radius of 300 meters outside the area, from 10 to midnight, the consumption, possession and sale for take-away, both fixed and itinerant, is prohibited. of any drink contained in glass bottles, tetra brik containers and cans.
Public establishments and premises where food and drink administration activities take place, and holders of itinerant licences, will have to administer take-away drinks exclusively in paper or compostable material cups, avoiding the use of plastic as much as possible.
