San Sperate, a forty-year-old man dies after being crushed by a van he was repairing.

Tragedy struck on Via Porrino, in San Sperate, where a 40-year-old Roma man died following an accident in the early afternoon.

The man was busy performing maintenance on a van when he became trapped under it.

The firefighters and air ambulance intervened immediately, but they were unable to prevent the worst.

Law enforcement officers were also on site to investigate.
