Iglesias, breaks into the house of the ex after the removal: arrested

He broke into the family home from which he had been removed on 9 February.

A 38-year-old man from Iglesias, unemployed and already known to the police, was arrested after violating the ban on approaching his ex-wife.

The provision was triggered two months ago following the woman's complaint due to a series of harassing acts against her.

The 38-year-old, caught red-handed by the carabinieri, was detained in the security rooms of the barracks. This morning, at the end of the very direct ritual at the Court of Cagliari, he was sent home, under house arrest.
