The remains of a person were found this afternoon in Aglientu, near the Rio Vignola.
It cannot be ruled out that this is Silvana Gandola, who passed away 10 months ago .
The woman, 79, had vanished into thin air in March last year while on the beach of San Silverio, between Portobello and Vignola. That day she had gone out with her caregiver then the old woman had lost track.
The research took place for several weeks and the case was also dealt with the TV program “Chi visto?”.
Now we have to carry out all the checks to understand what happened. The remains were far from the road. On site there are the Carabinieri of the Investigative Unit of the Compagnia di Tempio Pausania.
