Traditional flavors and Sardinian dances for “Castiadas in festa”, the summer festival organized by the Pro Loco with the contribution of the Municipality. It starts on July 19 in Olia Speciosa with the fregula festival with cherry tomatoes and bottarga and with a double folk show: that of the hosts and the guests of Burcei. On July 26, it will be repeated again in Olia Speciosa with malloreddus alla campidanese and the music of Anonymous Sound.
The highlight is on August 2nd in Castiadas Centrale with the second edition of Su Ballu e Sa Festa, a true showcase of identity pride with folk groups from Castiadas, Paulilatino, Serbariu and Nuoro. There will be no shortage of artisans, exhibitors and tastings of Sardinian cured meats and cheeses. On August 23rd we return to Olia Speciosa with the festival of ravioli sarrabesi and then on August 30th the grand finale with fregula incasada.
Every evening begins at 8pm with tastings, continues at 9pm with shows and ends at 11.30pm.
