His cell phone in his pocket, an inmate from the Mamone prison in trouble

An inmate from Mamone prison was found in possession of a cell phone.

The man was returning to the penal colony after work when, as usual, he was passed through the metal detector .

The device began to ring: following subsequent checks by the prison, the telephone was therefore found.

Now the prisoner, denounced, risks a sentence ranging from one year to four years according to art. 391 ter of the penal code.
