Lots of it, but well distributed over time: it is a "beneficial" rain that is falling on Sardinia in the last hours. No impacting phenomena during the hours of orange weather alert for hydrogeological risk for the south-eastern areas of the Island, issued with a bulletin from the regional Civil Protection.

The various situations are photographed by the real-time readings of the Cedoc rainfall network, which provide data from the last 48 hours (even if the rains are mainly concentrated in the last 18).

Several monitoring stations – with updates in the afternoon – recorded levels exceeding 70 millimetres: Urzulei (114.00), Baunei (92.20), Villagrande Strisaili (93.40), Siliqua (83.00), Iglesias (81.20), Santadi (80.80), Nuoro (79.80), Gairo (79.20), Orosei (79.00), Dorgali (72.80).

In Villaputzu, the mayor Sandro Porcu has decided to close the ford on the Flumendosa for the night, as a precaution.

On the forecast front, the Arpas offices report that the "sky remains very cloudy or overcast with scattered precipitation , including showers or thunderstorms, with moderate or locally high cumulatives in the eastern and southern sectors and weak elsewhere". An attenuation of the phenomena is expected "starting from the north-western sector from the second part of the day".
