Among the migrants disembarked in these days along the southern coasts of Sardinia there was also a 44-year-old Algerian, already rejected from the national territory in 2020 and returned to Italy before three years, the period provided for the authorization for re-entry.

The man was with the group intercepted on a small boat during patrols at sea aimed at combating illegal immigration by the forces in the field with the collaboration of Frontex.

After reaching Sant'Antioco , the migrants were accompanied to the reception center in Monastir and identified there with the procedures entrusted to the Immigration Office, which made use of the Scientific Police for photo-signaling and fingerprinting. On that occasion, the violation by the 44 -year-old Algerian emerged who was arrested and after being sent to court he will be expelled again.
