No tolerance of prostitution in his home. Acquitted in court in Sassari, because the fact does not exist, a 70-year-old from Sassari who was accused of having rented an apartment to prostitutes in the Monte Rosello district.

The coming and going of men, in 2017, who went to the building after reading the ads on dating sites had caused strong tension in the condominium until the police intervened and seized the property. Prosecutor Maria Paola Asara had asked for a two-year sentence for the engineer, defended by the lawyer Gabriele Satta, considering the charge of toleration of prostitution proven but not that of having rented out the house with the aim of exercising a house of prostitution as well as the other of aiding and abetting the same activity.

The panel chaired by judge Giancosimo Mura, alongside Monia Adami and Sara Pelicci, however, as written, decided on full acquittal.
