Yet another tragedy on Sardinian roads: the crash at dawn on state road 126 near the junction for Pabillonis
He lost control of his car which went off the road, overturning, leaving him no escape. A 23-year-old from Guspini, Emanuele Fanari, died this morning in a road accident that occurred along the state road 126 , in southern Sardinia.
The accident occurred around 6.30am . The young man, at the wheel of a Peugeot 206, was traveling along the state road when, arriving at kilometer 96,500, near the crossroads for Pabillonis , he lost control of the vehicle . The car went off the road at high speed, overturning . The driver was thrown from the passenger compartment.
The carabinieri of the Villacidro Company, the firefighters and an ambulance from 118 intervened on the spot but there was nothing that could be done for the 23-year-old: the young man died instantly.
