A 38 year old man was arrested by the Carabinieri of the Macomer Station for a case of mistreatment in the family , in execution of an order to replace a precautionary measure.

The order was issued by the Court of Oristano at the request of the Public Prosecutor's Office. The suspect had already been under a ban on approaching his ex since last March.

The violations confirmed by the military and reported to the Judicial Authority led to the worsening of the measure and the 38-year-old was ordered to be placed under house arrest with an electronic bracelet . The last episode of violence dates back to a few days ago. In Budoni he had physically attacked the victim and had been arrested by the Carabinieri in the act of the crime of mistreatment.
