Guerrieri and Carboni appointed as administrative and health directors at Brotzu Hospital.

Antonio Guerrieri as administrative director, Giorgio Carboni as medical director. These are the appointments made today by Brotzu general manager Maurizio Marcias.

The first is a retired finance officer who previously served as a municipal councilor in Carbonia and Assemini. Last summer, he was fully acquitted in the trial regarding alleged poisoning within the Cagliari Financial Police. After an undoubtedly difficult period, he was able to confidently return to his administrative role.

Giorgio Carboni is no stranger to senior positions in the healthcare sector: formerly director general of the Medio Campidano Local Health Authority (ASL) under the previous Solinas administration, he was among the managers who filed an extraordinary appeal to the President of the Republic against the commissioners' appointments (which were declared unconstitutional). Now, like Guerrieri, he is preparing to sign a three-year contract.
