The young man accused of gang rape together with Ciro Grillo and two other friends (Edoardo Capitta and Vittorio Lauria) faced an examination that lasted three hearings and it is possible to take stock of this delicate passage of the trial on the alleged sexual violence that allegedly occurred in Grillo house on 17 July 2019.
Corsiglia, defended by the criminal lawyer Antonella Cuccureddu, denied the alleged victim on almost all the salient points of his reconstruction. For example, it emerged (confirmation also comes from a photo shown in the courtroom) that the quantity of alcohol consumed by the boys the evening before the alleged rape was limited. An all-out attack from the civil party was expected, on the merits of the facts. Instead Corsiglia mainly answered questions about his habits and his relationships with the other three defendants.
The trial resumes with the defense texts (starting from that of the lawyer Mariano Mameli) on 23 September.
