The president of Cagliari, Tommaso Giulini, welcomes back the mayor of the city, Massimo Zedda, who yesterday presented his new council.
«For Cagliari and its people to continue to look to the future with optimism», writes the rossoblù patron on X, «good work to the mayor Massimo Zedda, his team and the new city council».
Institutional courtesy, of course. But it is obvious that for Giulini the most important issue with the administration concerns the closure of the stadium procedure.
Among the last acts of the previous management of the mayor of the Progressives was the declaration of public interest on the new plant. In the five years of the Truzzu government, the procedures were continued, at least from Palazzo Bacaredda: there were some stumbles on the part of the Region, which faltered in granting the funding.
Now, five years later, Giulini wants to start with the work. And there is a councilor dedicated to sports facilities.
