Gavino Docche did not answer the questions of the investigating judge but released spontaneous statements .

This morning the patron of the Geovillage of Olbia, arrested on charges of fraudulent bankruptcy for the bankruptcy of 158 million euros of the 4 companies with which he managed the resort, appeared before the investigating judge of Tempio Pausania Caterina Interlandi for the interrogation of warranty.

He said he was " surprised " by his arrest with pre-trial detention in prison, motivated by the danger of repeating the crime. And he reiterated his position already expressed in other interrogations to which he had been subjected in the course of an investigation that has been going on for years.
