He remains in the Bancali Gavino Docche penitentiary, arrested on June 28 by the Olbia Finance Police on bankruptcy charges for the bankruptcy of four companies that managed the mega sports resort Geovillage.

The Sassari Review Court has in fact rejected the request for release from lawyers Pietro Carzedda, Gianluca Tognozzi and Danilo Romagnino.

In the next few hours, the decision is expected, however, on the appeal with which the prosecutor of Tempio Pausania, Gregorio Capasso, owner of the investigation, opposed the rejection of the various measures for four other suspects in the affair: the son Fabio and the wife of Gavino Docche, Anna Costaggiu, Salvatore Bianco director of one of the companies of the Geovillage group, the accountant Gian Luigi Puggioni.

The "hole" hypothesized by the investigators would be equal to 158 million euros.
