Gairo, twist on the murder of Riccardo Muceli: Matteo Piras released from prison

Matteo Pira s returns to freedom . Twist in the case of the murder of Riccardo Muceli , the farmer from Gairo killed on 12 January last.
The 24-year-old from Osini, arrested on 2 November on suspicion of being the killer of Muceli, has had his precautionary detention order revoked .
This morning the panel of the Court of Cagliari, presided over by judge Tiziana Marogna (lateral Federico Loche and Luca Melis), accepted the re-examination request presented by Piras' defense lawyers, Maurizio Corda and Francesco Serrau, and annulled the precautionary order by ordering the immediate release of the boy.
The reasons for the measure will be known in 45 days.
