The Carabinieri of Muravera this morning arrested a 51-year-old entrepreneur , born in Fermo and domiciled in the Municipality . The measure arose from the accumulation of concurrent sentences for crimes of fraud, receiving stolen goods and undue receipt of public funds , committed between 2009 and 2021 in the municipalities of Alseno (PC), Novara and Macerata.
The arrest warrant was issued by the Public Prosecutor's Office of Macerata, Criminal Enforcement Office. The man, with a criminal record, will have to serve a definitive sentence of 4 years and 1 month in prison, in addition to paying a fine of 1,150 euros .
At the end of the formal procedures, the arrested person was taken to prison in Uta, at the disposal of the Judicial Authority.
