The search for Francesca Deidda , the woman who disappeared on May 10th from San Sperate, resumed this morning with investigations that have so far brought her husband Igor Sollai to prison , accused of aggravated murder and concealment of a corpse. The carabinieri, the mountain and speleological rescue men, the firefighters, the divers and the civil protection have been mobilised.

After yesterday's break, the searches resumed at 360 gr goodbye . We then return to the field after the final investigations of the Ris.

The mountain that overlooks the Roman bridge over the Picocca stream along the old eastern Sardinian road maintains, at the moment, its mystery . Yesterday the searches were unexpectedly suspended . They are resumed today in the territories of rocks and Mediterranean scrub that mark the borders between San Vito and Sinnai where goats once lived.

Those mountains are deserted, but they could hide the key to the mystery linked to the disappearance of the woman from San Sperate with a husband in prison on the heavy accusation of killing her and hiding her body.

It is not unlikely that the new searches will also be extended along the Picocca, beyond the Roman Bridge, where the woman's body could have ended up (if she was really killed as the Prosecutor's Office and the Carabinieri hypothesize). The body could also have been moved by the water that was still flowing under the bridge on May 10th, the day of Francesca Deidda's disappearance, although certainly not in an impetuous manner given that it hasn't rained in Sarrabus for some time.

Today there are only puddles with Picocca practically dry.

The checks will therefore also be carried out in those parts, between the low alluvial plain of the Rio Picocca and the isolated reliefs of Monte Antoni Peppi and Torre delle Saline.
