This is what emerged from the examination of the computer and cell phone of the 43-year-old from San Sperate, who ended up in prison for four months on charges of aggravated homicide.

Elements, those discovered by the Carabinieri RIS, which would have also convinced the prosecutor Marco Cocco to contest the premeditation and the aggravating circumstance of futile and abject motives : the motive of the uxoricide would be exquisitely economic and aimed at obtaining, in addition to the full ownership of the marital home, also the premium of a life insurance policy (about 100 thousand euros) that the couple had mutually signed years before.
