Countdown to find out the fate of the Sardinian legislature branded Campo Largo and led by Alessandra Todde.
In fact, the decision of the Cagliari court on the forfeiture case is expected tomorrow morning .
The panel of the first civil section, presided over by Gaetano Savona, as announced at the end of the first hearing on February 20, will rule on the appeal presented by the governor in opposition to the order-injunction of forfeiture issued on January 3 by the electoral guarantee panel of the Court of Appeal of Cagliari for the alleged irregularities in the reporting of expenses in the campaign for the February 2024 vote.
The judges will also rule on the appeals presented in opposition (the same guarantee board and two private citizens) and in support (various regional councillors of the majority).
"The president is calm and at work - it is leaked from the governor's staff - and will await the sentence with her head held high and in the meantime she is working on the main open dossiers in Sardinia".
Whatever the Court's decision, the final word will still be up to the Regional Council, as provided for by law, which will have to take note of the judicial outcome.
