Forestas, cleared up in construction sites: we are moving towards recruitment in the towns

Article 49 of regional law number 8 of 2016 will be applied. This is what emerged from the table opened this afternoon at the regional environmental department. Article 49 reads as follows: recruitment to jobs in the Agency takes place for the tasks of ordinary, skilled or superior worker, whether for permanent or fixed-term contracts, by means of a start-up request at the employment service centers competent for the area; recruitment is carried out among the unemployed residing in the Municipality in whose territory the construction sites are located, on the basis of agreements stipulated between the Agency, the workers' union organizations and the municipalities concerned.

« We have always believed in it, reaffirming, with our amendment, the juridical reason, supporting, in every venue, the political reason. We can therefore consider ourselves satisfied, but only partially », said the opposition regional councilor, Salvatore Corrias, on the sidelines of the meeting. Who adds: « Now it is necessary to know the quantum of recruitments for each existing construction site in the Municipalities , a necessary condition for the renewal of the agreements to be renewed, two because it is necessary to give legs to projects useful for enhancing the great environmental and social wealth of our territory. Thus, in times of ecological transition and territorial cohesion, we can look to the future of our communities with confidence. Now we need to do well and do it in due time and we will be there».

Angelo Stochino, mayor of Arzana, speaks of "a great result obtained thanks to the cohesion of the mayors of Ogliastra ".
