Exceptional recovery yesterday in the locality "Sa Pigalva", in Florinas, where a beautiful specimen of Marsh Hawk was found, wounded in one wing. The rare bird of prey was delivered to CoReSa, a cooperative that deals with the recovery and care of wildlife on behalf of the Province and Forestas.

«The community of Florinas and the administration are very attentive to the recovery of fauna even in difficulty - declared the mayor, who together with the municipal councilor for Civil Protection, Gian Mario Angius, and the barracelli assisted in the recovery of the animal -. We also recovered several turtles which we conveyed to the Enelittu park and some also given to CoReSa. We are also in contact with Bonassai to go on excursions with school groups, to see how the fauna is recovered, how they are cared for, how they are put back into captivity. As administrators we are very attentive to these things, both for wildlife and for animal welfare in general. We also have an agility dog for dogs, we have established cat colonies. This is work that we have been carrying out for six years."
