Sardinia continues to burn.

The hottest front is in Sarrabus, where the flames have attacked the area between Castiadas and Villasimius ( READ ) , with a tall column of black smoke visible from a distance ( VIDEO ) and with the blaze even threatening the coastline, forcing bathers – especially in the Punta Molentis and Cala Pira areas – to flee due to the smoke or to evacuate, even by sea. A kiosk was also destroyed, while environmentalists from the Grig (Grig) speak of an environmental disaster and sing the De profundis for Punta Molentis, a jewel that "no longer exists".
