No response, no concrete action. This is the complaint of Fipe Confcommercio Sud Sardegna, which expresses strong concern for the total lack of feedback from the offices of the Municipality of Cagliari, the Province and the Civil Motorization on the disinfestation of Corso Vittorio Emanuele and the regulation of vehicular loading and unloading.

For some time, restaurateurs and citizens have been reporting the need for a disinfestation intervention in the Corso, under provincial jurisdiction. Despite the continuous requests, the relevant offices have never received a response, leaving an issue that concerns both public hygiene and urban decorum unresolved.

At the same time, Fipe Confcommercio Sud Sardegna reports a lack of clarity in the regulations governing the loading and unloading of goods in the historic center. Some operators, convinced they were in compliance, found themselves receiving fines due to an uncertain interpretation of the classification of commercial vehicles. Also in this case, requests for explanations sent to the Municipality and Civil Motorization remained a dead letter.

"It is unacceptable - says the president of Fipe Confcommercio Sud Sardegna, Emanuele Frongia - that the Municipality, Province and Civil Motorization ignore problems that directly impact the commerce and restaurant sector. Business owners and citizens have the right to a constructive dialogue".
