The three members of Tazenda who were involved in a road accident while they were reaching Settimo San Pietro for their closing concert of the San Pietro festival, which was due to be held in the square and where the public was waiting, are all in good condition .
Around 8.15pm, Gino Marielli, Gigi Camedda and Nicola Nite were travelling in a van: a few kilometres from the town, on provincial road 12, a car travelling in the opposite direction collided with the van.
All three Tazenda were taken to nearby emergency rooms. The situation seems fairly calm at the moment, the three musicians suffered minor injuries and are hospitalized for routine checks as they themselves confirm on social media.
With them the tour manager Claudia Canu who suffered a burn from the explosion of the air bag . The driver of the car, Simona Romero, 47 years old from Dolianova, was transferred to the hospital with a red code for dynamics. Her conditions are not worrying.
Two other people were slightly injured. The Carabinieri of the Quartu Radiomobile Unit under the command of Captain Ignazio Cabras were on site.
