Nurri, motorbike crashes into a truck: 43-year-old soldier dies
The victim was originally from Cabras: the accident occurred at the crossroads of the town

Fatal crash this afternoon just before the junction for Nurri, along state road 198 .
The victim is a forty-three-year-old from Cabras, Davide Camedda, a non-commissioned officer of the Air Force serving in the military shooting range of Perdasdefogu . The man, riding a motorbike, for reasons currently being investigated, collided head-on with a milk collection truck. The motorcyclist was thrown onto the asphalt and died instantly.
On site were the firefighters of Sorgono, the team of the Mandas detachment, the carabinieri of Orroli and Isili, the 118 of Isili and the helicopter rescue of Elmas. Attempts at resuscitation were useless.
