The Sassari Assize Court sentenced Luras worker Fabio Malu to 15 years in prison, held responsible for the murder of his rival Davide Unida.

The court reclassified the crime charged against Malu, sentencing him not for voluntary manslaughter but for manslaughter. Essentially, all the arguments presented by the defense attorney, criminal lawyer Giampaolo Murrighile, were accepted.
