Even Sant'Efisio will have its way, presented the logo
"There was a need to give a visual identity to a religious procession that has a very high spiritual value," said TruzzuThe new identity logo of the Cammino di Sant'Efisio was presented this morning at the Palazzo Regio in Cagliari.
The brand, conceived by the designer and artist from Cagliari Mara Damiani , takes its cue from the symbolism of the simulacrum of the saint and uses shades of white, red and gold as well as black as its colours .
"There was a need to give a visual identity to a religious procession that has a very high spiritual value," said the mayor of the Metropolitan City of Cagliari, Paolo Truzzu. « If you want to have a tourist enhancement you need something that identifies it: we thank Mara Damiani who has done an extraordinary job ».
In addition to the metropolitan mayor and the designer, the presentation was also attended by the president of the Archconfraternity of Sant'Efisio, Andrea Loi, and the mayors of Capoterra, Pula, Sarroch and Villa San Pietro, protagonists of the procession route on 1 and 4 May .
