The beautiful day of early November made the eleventh edition of "Sa Passillada" even more enjoyable.

The great public success that populated the country from this morning until dusk is indisputable.

There has been a boom in attendance in the streets of the evocative historic center of Escalaplano . Nine refreshment points, Is Pratzas, where the many visitors were able to taste local delicacies, from cured meats to cheeses, from the characteristic cullixionis to favata with pork, and even sweets such as pani de saba and white and red wines. Many rich menus capable of satisfying even the most demanding palates. After purchasing the "fork" to be worn around the neck in a bag, the tourist with a map was able to follow the food and wine tour.

Not just good food. In the morning there was a guided excursion to the archaeological site "Fossada" and still open to the public the house of culture, Oreste Pili Museum, the naturalistic exhibition of the Environmental Education Center. Exhibitions and exhibitions of Sardinian craftsmanship and more are also visible in the itinerary. A day of fun, culture, traditions and excellent local dishes. The streets of the center were enlivened by traditional Sardinian music with Ajò a Baddai, Jonathan Della Marianna and Samuele Meloni. Even the little ones were able to attend entertainment shows.

The event organized by the Pro Loco and the Municipality of Escalaplano ended more than positively.

We are already looking to the future: “We are satisfied with the numbers achieved - said Mayor Marco Lampis - which went beyond our expectations. The population has collaborated a lot and we already have memberships for the organization of new “Pratzas” for 2023. We even think that they could double compared to this year ”.
