The environmentalist and activist Angelo Cremone , protagonist of many battles for the environment in Sardinia, presented a complaint against the current electoral law this morning in the polling station of Portoscuso, in section 6 where he is registered. "I regularly voted but I lodged a complaint - he said - protesting against this electoral law which violates my constitutional right to cast a direct, free and personal vote. It is unconstitutional and detrimental to the political rights of the citizen".

"Furthermore - he explained - I protest because the current electoral law violates article 3 of the Constitution, discriminates against the rights of many linguistic minorities who do not reside in regions with special status, in particular for non-compliance with articles 3, 6, 48, 51, 56 and 58 of the Constitution ".
