The investigations by the Carabinieri of the provincial investigative unit were not simple.

In order to defeat the group that, according to the accusations, specializes in the illegal trade of synthetic drugs - but also cocaine, hashish and marijuana - in nightlife environments, they had to find their way through messages sent via Telegram and Signal, messaging applications considered more secure because they are difficult to intercept.

And for now, the four recipients of the precautionary measure in prison, issued by the investigating judge Elisabetta Patrito at the request of the deputy prosecutor Emanuele Secci who coordinated the investigations of the Carabinieri, have chosen the path of silence in the interrogation yesterday morning.

Matteo Putzu (30 years old, well-known DJ Zola), Davide Francesco Gerina (29), Oussama Moi (26) and Andrea Murru (35) have availed themselves of the right to remain silent. They are assisted by lawyers Emanuele Pizzoccheri, Marco Fausto Piras, Roberta Cannas and Antonio Incerpi. Christopher Wayne Tooker (38 years old), Alessio Leonori (30) and Edoardo Antonio Bonogli (24) have been placed under house arrest in the investigation: today they will be heard by the investigating judge.
