Drug at home, 24-year-old from Bortigali negotiates a year and three months

A 24-year-old from Bortigali found in possession of almost 800 grams of marijuana has negotiated a sentence of one year and three months and a fine of 4 thousand euros.

Andrea Pala, already subject to the residence obligation for another crime, in recent days had received a visit from the carabinieri who had to acquire computer equipment in his home. During the search, the military found a few grams of marijuana, so they went through the checks and eventually found 786 grams of the drug. The young man was arrested and this morning appeared before the judge Serena Corrias for the trial by direct line.

Assisted by the lawyer Luigi Satta and in agreement with the prosecutor Andrea Chelo, he negotiated a sentence of one year and three months and a fine of 4,000 euros.
