Emilio Pozzolo, 38, ended up under house arrest : on February 1, 2022, the man had run over and killed little Daniele Ulver, in via Cadello in Cagliari , driving a scooter and in recent days he was caught behind the wheel of a car, obviously still without a license .
For this reason, the Public Prosecutor's Office has asked for an aggravation of his position: he had the obligation to sign and now, as ordered by the investigating judge, he has ended up under house arrest.
The measure was carried out today by the carabinieri of the Sant'Avendrace station.
Pozzolo last year had mowed down little Daniele who was in the stroller pushed by his mother: the tragedy was on the pedestrian crossing in via Cadello. He had his license revoked and had fled and then turned himself in.
Four days ago the Local Police surprised him driving in via Is Maglias by the agents of the Nucleo di Pronto Intervento. He tried to flee on foot but was stopped and identified. The complaint has been filed. Now the aggravation of his position with house arrest.
