Dolianova: by car with a metal pipe. "I need it for self defense"

He was traveling by car with a metal tube which, he told the carabinieri of Dolianova that they stopped him during a normal service during the night, would have served him for unspecified personal defense needs.

The 33-year-old, who was with a 30-year-old, was unable to provide objective information to the military who insisted on understanding what threats he had received. The tube, 55 centimeters long and placed behind the driver's seat, was however confiscated and the man was charged with unjustified carrying of offending objects.
