Dog stuck in a tunnel in Carbonia, recovered by the fire brigade

Firefighters rescued a dog that had been sneaking and lost in a whitewater tunnel for perhaps a couple of days. Until, by dint of barking, he did not attract the attention of someone who raised the alarm.

The Carbonia firefighters rushed to rescue a large dog who was trapped in a conduit closed by a grate that the animal was unable to remove. It is possible that he got lost entering the tunnel, in the district of Serbariu, taking advantage of an opening. Then he followed the conduct and managed to get close to a grate where he began to bark attracting the attention of a passer-by. Once on the spot, the brigade managed to lead the dog towards the exit of the tunnel.

He seemed frightened but, all in all, in good health. The animal was refreshed and then returned to people who will take care of it.
