Decimomannu, transports burnt carcasses of vehicles without license plates: reported for receiving stolen goods

The Carabinieri of the Decimomannu station have reported a 55-year-old from Assemini, a street vendor, known to the police, for receiving stolen goods , currently subjected to the measure of probation to the social services.

The man was caught driving a Fiat Iveco while carrying burnt carcasses of two vehicles with no identification marks , as well as sheet metal parts in good condition from a third vehicle.

The man did not give any information on the origin of the material he was carrying, which was seized and entrusted to a judicial deposit in Decimomannu.

Investigations are underway to identify its origin.
