Costa Smeralda, a 29 million euro villa up for auction. And a criminal seizure is also triggered

Dream villa up for auction in Costa Smeralda and the Tempio Court must suspend the procedure for a criminal seizure on the luxury property.

The judicial sale concerns a luxury property in Liscia di Vacca (Porto Cervo) with an estimated value of approximately 29 million euros. It is the highest starting price for a property currently undergoing foreclosure proceedings in Gallura and one of the highest ever.

The owner of the villa in Liscia di Vacca is a Tuscan professional, several films have been shot in the villa. To complicate the situation there is a provision by the judges of the Court of Massa who have ordered the criminal seizure of the property, as part of an investigation for tax crimes.

So for now the judicial sale of the residence (1400 square meters, 37 rooms) is suspended, the procedure is promoted by a bank and the creditor of the property is also the Revenue Agency.
