Continuity, Moro: «Neither Corsica nor the Balearics, the island needs a Sardinian model»

«Neither Corsica, nor the Balearics, rather Corsica and the Balearic Islands: Sardinia needs a Sardinian model that takes into account the needs of the Sardinians and arises from the comparison with other established models in Europe and taking into account the good solutions that have also been adopted in the recent past on the island to guarantee the right to continuity of the Sardinians".
This claims Antonio Moro, regional councilor for transport, who today will report to the special commission for insularity on the problems of air continuity to and from Sardinia.
The hearings of the professors of the University of Cagliari, Roberto Devoto and Gianfranco Fancello, and of Giovanni Dore, an expert on Community law, have already begun in the small parliament.
Devoto and Fancello, in particular, believe that the current model of continuity no longer makes sense to exist because it is obsolete . For four years the two teachers have been promoting a mixed system, which takes the best of the Spanish and Sardinian ones.
