Sassari, child pornography material on cell phone: conviction requested for 42-year-old

Child pornography videos, files and images on your cell phone.

A 42-year-old man from Sassari ended up on trial on this charge and, in recent days in the court in Sassari, the prosecutor Antonio Pala requested a sentence of 4 months in addition to a fine of 1600 euros.

According to the charges, in 2021, the man allegedly obtained and kept on his cell phone child pornography videos depicting minors.

The defendant was defended by lawyers Federico Delitala and Marcello Capitta. Judge Silvia Masala adjourned the case until October for replies and sentencing.
