Skip the interrogation of Salmo, the rapper officially investigated by the Tempio Pausania prosecutor for the unauthorized concert and the maxi gathering on August 13 at the Brin pier in Olbia.

The singer from Olbia, aka Maurizio Pisciottu, should have presented himself tomorrow morning in front of the prosecutor Gregorio Capasso to be questioned on the facts, but did not receive the notice of appearance.

Kevin Lupetti, owner of the Ferris wheel installed at the port of Olbia, under which the rapper performed, is also investigated with him.

Salmo and Lupetti, assisted by the lawyers Salvatore Seu, Antonello Desini and Nicoletta Mani, therefore did not receive the notification. The two are accused, in competition, of having organized without any authorization the free concert which gathered over three thousand spectators.

According to the Prosecutor's Office, the two, by failing to communicate the organization of the event to the Police Headquarters to obtain the relevant authorizations, would have violated the Consolidated Law on public safety laws. In addition, the concert caused a maxi gathering, violating the rules for the prevention and spread of the coronavirus.

The maxi concert had sparked controversy throughout Italy, with celebrities, first of all Fedez , who had attacked and condemned Salmo's behavior.
