Three gunshots, one fatal, which hit her in the cheekbone .
This is how Cinzia Pinna was killed . The autopsy underway at the Sassari Medical Institute, ordered by prosecutor Noemi Mancini and entrusted to coroner Salvatore Lorenzoni, has effectively confirmed the statements of Emanuele Ragnedda, who had reported firing three shots.
According to initial partial findings from the examination , the bullet that killed the 33-year-old struck her in the cheekbone. There's also an exit wound; it passed through her face. The other two shots fired also hit her face; both grazed her, one causing a jaw injury .
Ragnedda had pointed out the bullet marks on the wall and had the shell casings found. However, the bullets were not found. The gun used was the Glock seized from the 41-year-old, a small-caliber semi-automatic .
Another purpose of the autopsy is to understand whether Cinzia had suffered other types of violence, particularly sexual , before the killer shot her.
Before the examination, the victim's family completed the identification of the body.
Meanwhile, the net is tightening around the alleged accomplices . Investigators from the Tempio Prosecutor's Office now have "hard evidence" of the presence in Conca Entosa's house, after the murder and perhaps in the hours immediately following the crime, of two people, a man and a woman, who attempted to clean up the crime scene and helped him dispose of Cinzia Pinna's personal effects . These people also attempted to wash the sofa, and therefore it is certain they noticed the blood in the house.
The investigation documents also reveal the woman's extremely fragile condition on the evening of September 11th. She had lost her home and job, and was so ill that an ambulance and the Carabinieri were called. Cinzia refused to board the ambulance, and Ragnedda, instead of helping her, took her to Conca Entosa, where she offered her alcohol and cocaine . It was confirmed that four bottles of wine and several doses of cocaine were consumed that night.
