Chase between Serri and Vallermosa after the theft of a tow truck: it's the hunt for the thief

Long chase in the night in the countryside of Serri and Vallermosa.

Just before 2am, an Iveco Daily tow truck was stolen and the search began immediately. The vehicle was intercepted by two Carabinieri patrols from the Dolianova Company who began an interminable chase at 3.50, including on dirt roads, which only ended at 4.30 in the Vallermosa area. There the tow truck was abandoned and returned to the owner after recovery, while the perpetrator of the theft fled, losing his trail in the open countryside.

Numerous soldiers on the field: 2 patrols from the Dolianova Company, 2 from the Iglesias Company, 1 from the Sanluri Company and 1 from the Cagliari Company.

The police, in order not to create road traffic dangers, maintained visual contact during the chase.

Now it's a thief hunt throughout the area.
