Castiadas, the missing pensioner is not found: searches throughout the Sarrabus

The search for the pensioner of Castiadas Luciano Luccheddu, who disappeared two days ago after leaving his home in Olia Speciosa on his bicycle, continued during the night and are continuing this morning.

The Carabinieri of Castiadas and of the Compagnia di San Vito (acting under the command of Major Massimo Meloni), the local police, the volunteers and the relatives of the deceased are battling the territory while the man would have been sighted in different parts of the Sarrabus, in Tuerra , L'Annunziata, Camisa and in the innermost areas. Each report was followed up with the necessary checks but without any result. The hope is that the pensioner has found shelter as rains and lower temperatures are announced in the area.

An appeal was also made by the mayor Eugenio Murgioni: but as mentioned there are already many people engaged in research.
