Castiadas and Armungia, site checks: employees without contracts and irregular scaffolding

Checks by the carabinieri in the construction sites of the Cagliari area.

In Castiadas , the soldiers of the local station, assisted by Muravera's colleagues and by civilian personnel from the Cagliari territorial labor inspectorate, entered two separate construction sites of private buildings.

The investigations revealed that two employees had not received a regular letter of employment from their employer before being hired. Furthermore, for one of the two it was not possible to find the medical certification of the suitability visit for the job .

The Carabinieri of Armungia , assisted by personnel of the Carabinieri Nucleus of the Cagliari labor inspectorate and by civil personnel specialized in construction matters of the same institution, have always ascertained in a building site a lack of the construction scheme of the scaffolding and non-compliance with the indications set out in the Ministerial authorization.
